Unfortunately, the best sources for certain ingredients are not always located inside the USA. That being said, the ingredients in Bump vitamins are sourced from the purest and most trusted sources around the globe. Every product is repeatedly tested and analyzed for purity, composition and consistency, throughout the process. Every step along the way is thoroughly documented and a complete record of the chain-of-control is always maintained. Every one of our products is tracked from the source all the way until it is delivered to your door.

Pricing is dependent on you! You can build a completely custom order, where pricing is a-la-carte or there are several unique “foundation bundles” that are vitamin combinations designed to be taken together for optimal results. The Foundation Bundles have lower base prices, but they can still be fully customized with additional products to meet your needs.

If you’re happy, we’re happy! But if you’re not happy, we’re devastated. We’ll do everything we can to change, replace, or edit your plan until you’re ecstatic. If that still doesn’t do it, then just let us know within 60 days of your first delivery and we’ll give you a full refund, no questions asked.

We are based out of Denver, CO but we are a “distributed” company, meaning our employees don’t commute into an office every day. They work close to where they live. This promotes a healthy work environment while we all cope with the impact of Covid-19. It also allows our employees to enjoy life instead of sitting in traffic, and reduces our carbon footprint as a company.

YES! The majority of our packaging is made from previously recycled materials and is 100% recyclable and/or bio-degradable. We use paper, cardboard and instead of plastic films we use plant-based materials that bio-degrade and are safe for the landfill.

We are also a “Carbon Negative” company, every order actually removes more carbon from the environment than it puts in! To do this, we calculate the carbon footprint of our products, packaging, shipping, office, employees, and all-around operations. We then buy carbon offsets that fund carbon-removal projects that exceed BUMP’s total annual carbon output.

Upon purchase, your custom-made vitamin routine will be automatically enrolled in our monthly subscription plan. Every month, one of our local pharmacies will review and verify your plan, before sorting it into daily pouches and sending it direct to your door.

You can cancel at anytime, with the click of a button! Just log in and go to the Subscriptions tab on your Account page to manage your subscription. Make sure to cancel at least 7 business days before your next renewal date (prior to your order being sent to the pharmacy to be filled), otherwise your subscription will not cancel until the following renewal date.

You are initially charged when you place your first order. After that, you will be charged when your next month’s order is sent to the pharmacy to be filled (about 7 business days before your next scheduled delivery date).

You can pause your subscription, or cancel your plan at any time, as long as your next month’s order has not been sent to the pharmacy to be filled (about 7 business days before your next scheduled delivery date). To do this, go to your account settings and make the desired changes in the “Subscriptions” section.

When you place your first order you are automatically enrolled into the monthly subscription program. As long as you cancel your subscription before your next month’s order has been sent to the pharmacy to be filled (about 7 business days before your next scheduled delivery date), then you will only be billed for your first month’s order.

As all of our vitamin plans are custom-filled in local family pharmacies, it sometimes takes a few days to process first-time orders. First-time orders will be delivered within two weeks of purchase, and usually within 6-8 business days.

You wouldn’t want to take pills that you don’t need, right? And you definitely wouldn’t want to pay for them! Our vitamin plans are custom designed to meet the unique needs of each customer. The health assessment helps us identify which products would be most helpful to you and which ones you may not need.

If you go to the product page for any particular vitamin, you will see:

1) a complete list of ingredients

2) a standard nutrition label with all ingredients and their amounts

3) a group of seals that can indicate certain common allergens or other dietary restriction information related to that product

The recommendations from our assessment are based on a custom process developed by a group of registered dieticians and medical professionals. Beyond their professional experience, they relied upon peer-reviewed industry publications and scientific-data to determine recommendations. We are constantly evolving and improving this process to make our recommendations ever more tailored to the customer’s needs.

The dispenser is not a high-tech device. It is a simple cardboard container, designed to protect and easily distribute the daily pouches. It is 100% recyclable.

Yes! Our recommendations are just that… recommendations! You are welcome to follow some, all, or none of them at all. You are in control of your plan at all times.

We use an online health assessment tool to create a custom vitamin plan that is uniquely designed to meet your health needs. If you approve, we then send that plan to a local family pharmacist, who verifies and fills your order using practitioner-grade vitamins, made right here in the USA. No script required.

Every vitamin plan is sorted into daily pouches and put into dispensers according to each custom plan and the optimal time of day to be consumed. Your order is then shipped direct to your door every month, in an environmentally friendly package.
